                                      Terms and Conditions 


Client: The recipient of the services listed on the booking form 

Makeup Artist: Klaudia Szulc

Agreement: The contract that exists between the client and Klaudii Beauty Makeup Artist to provide agreed services for an agreed fee. 

Fee: The amount payable by the client to the Makeup Artist for the agreed services. 


 Bookings at my studio

A deposit of £20 is required to book an appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The final balance has to be paid before any services are received. 

For all bookings the confirmation email including a receipt of deposit payment will be sent to the client. 

All appointments can be rearranged subject to availability. 



Bookings at my studio 

Other bookings can be cancelled but the deposit is non-refundable. All bookings can be rearranged. 

Should a situation arise outside of my control, I will provide as much cancellation notice as possible. In this event I will work with the client to find the best solution and try to rearrange the appointment or refund in full all payments already made. 



 Wedding bookings

It's the responsibility of the bride on the booking to make themselves familiar with, understand, and accept responsibility for all booking terms and conditions.


1. The minimum booking for weddings any day of the week is £400 (this must include the bride).

2. Bookings which don't reach the minimum will still be charged at the equivalent minimum cost.


1. Payment of a 30% non-refundable booking fee is required immediately to secure your wedding day. This deposit is deducted from your final balance. Bookings made less than 1 calendar month before the event are payable in full upon booking to secure your date.

2. A date cannot be held without a 30% non-refundable booking fee and the requested date will still be open to other enquiries until the deposit is paid. 

3. Dates are given on a first come first served basis. If a second enquiry comes through for a specified date a 24 hour issue will be sent via email giving the first enquiring client the option to secure the booking. After this time the date will be opened up to the next enquirer.

4. Final and remaining balances set out on your invoice are due by bank transfer 24 hours before the event or cash on the day.

5. You agree that by paying your non-refundable booking fee you are agreeing and accepting Klaudii Beauty Terms and Conditions.

6. Failure to make payments within the agreed time frame may result in the cancellation of your booking.


1. Call out fees apply depending on how far away the venue is from my studio. 


1. Trials are offered only once a reservation fee for the wedding day has been made.

2. In the unfortunate event that you, or any of your bridal party, decide after your trial that you are not satisfied, you are asked to contact me within 24 hours so that I can resolve the matter.  After such time a repeat appointment will need to be booked at full price. No refunds will be given on work which has already been carried out.


1. All changes to a booking must be made by the bride only.

2. A minimum of 72 hours notice must be given if you wish to cancel full/part of a trial booking. A refund will not be given after this time and a new trial will need to be booked and paid for.

3. Payments for work which has already been carried out are non-refundable.

4. Three calendar months notice is needed to notify me of any changes to your booking by adding services or reducing them. Additional services can only be accepted if time/resources allow and reductions made after this time will still be payable in full.

5. If services are reduced to less than the minimum booking requirements you will still be charged the cost of minimum services. Minimum number of people to book a wedding service is 4.

6. If you need to postpone or change the date of your booking for reasons that are unforeseen/not in your control or for any other reason, Klaudii Beauty will allow for one date change only, thereafter a new deposit will be needed to secure the date. After such time a new booking with a new reservation fee would be required.

7. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking completely:

* Cancelling within 6 months of the agreed wedding date = 50% of the remaining balance still due by the original due date.

* Cancelling within 3 months or less to the wedding date  or no show on the wedding day= 100% of the balance is still due by the original due date.


1. In the unfortunate event that I am unable to attend on the day, due to illness or for last minute unforseen circumstances all efforst will be made to find an alternative makeup artist to stand in. 

2. In the unlikely event that I cannot source a replacement artist, monies (inlcuding money paid for work already carried out) will be fully refunded.

By paying a reservation fee, you are agreeing to and accepting Klaudii Beauty Terms and Conditions stated above. 

 Client's Responsibility And Products 

It is the responsibility of the client to inform the Makeup Artist of any skin allergies, skin conditions or sensitivities. All information is confidential. The Make-Up Artist will choose the makeup products suitable for the client according to the information provided. The same products used on your trial will be applied on the wedding day. The Make-Up Artist is not liable for any reactions to products used and cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to adverse reactions to products used. If in doubt, please arrange for a patch test before the appointment. 


I will always ask my clients in advance if they are happy have photos taken during the appointment which may be used for promotional purposes or for social media. Clients can freely agree or not agree to this. 


By paying a deposit and completing the booking form the client accepts these terms and conditions.
